Really good Hospitality and Tranquil Setting

The check-in process was seamless and staff members, including Emee and yudi, were friendly. My room was spotlessly clean. Maids maintained it well throughout my stay. The resort offers trips to national parks. The location is really nice with beautiful nature. I found excellent food and drinks at the beach bar with a fine view.
Some furniture in the villa was a bit dated. this did not significantly impact my overall experience.

i just come back and wow! i was staying on the villa side and it's sooooooo amazing. the staff knew what i like even my seat! the villa are super clean. they even clean the inside of the pool, how cool is that. the beach are right there, miles and miles of it. i had the BEST time.
the only little thing is the mosquitoes, but it is thailand! just bring spray and you're all good. no biggie.

The restaurants offer thai and western menus. It is buffet style at main resort or a la carte at the villa restaurant. they even make special requests, i was asking for club sandwich and they did at no extra charge, what else can i say, love it!

the staff are super friendly and happy, they go above and beyond. i seen them cleaning the inside of the pool. cleaning staff is polite and they provide excellent service. the staff remembered me from previous visits, wow!
